Shipping & Returns

Due to the age of each product, imperfections are to be expected. 

Shipping Policy

We ship within Taiwan via 中華郵政 and worldwide via DHL Express or other relatively suitable carriers. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Items purchased will be shipped within 3–7 business days (unless otherwise noted). Duties and taxes for international orders (outside Taiwan) are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as any duties and taxes incurred, which will be deducted from the refund or charged to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft once the package has been handed to the carrier. Some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these.

Return Policy

All items are final sale. Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged items or incorrect orders. All other requests will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We recommend inspecting your items promptly upon receipt.

For fragile items, an unboxing video showing the intact original packaging upon receipt is required.

Vintage items may have natural marks or wear from age. This is part of what makes each piece unique and is not treated as a defect.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s tracking record, including weekends and public holidays; not the date of unboxing). Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, though actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders outside of Taiwan.
